The thing to keep in mind when storing coffee is humidity. Keep coffee away from humidity until it is brewed. Storing it in a dark, airtight container at room temperature will keep your ground coffee fresh for up to 4 weeks. Iron Goat Coffee® Coffee use Swiss Water Processed (SWP) decaffeinated beans. This uses a process that is 100% chemical free and provides the best quality bean in decaf form. The SWP takes the bean to within 99.8% caffeine free. This means your average cup of coffee will still contain a very small amount of caffeine, around 1-3 milligrams.
The coffee industry internationally refers to coffee countries as origins. Well known coffee origins are Brazil, Colombia and Ethiopia. A single origin beans is one that has only one origin in it and may be from a specific part of that origin.

We currently do not ship internationally through our online shop. Email support@irongoatcoffee.com, and we can create a manual order to an international address.
We bag and grind each coffee to order, so our delivery time includes processing which is the time between us receiving your order and our Production Team bagging and grinding (if requested) your coffee. From there, the bags of coffee and retail items are packaged to ship!
We use USPS and UPS depending on the order but overall, our shipping is 1-3 days so we can insure the quickest delivery to your home! This process takes 3-5 days on average, but during busy seasons such as Christmas we will extend this to 5-7 days for processing due to demand.
Iron Goat Coffee offers flat rate shipping for most orders based on the destination, order weight, and shipping service.
Yes, we offer free shipping for orders that are $75 or more.

Sales tax is charged on all non-coffee products.

Return Policy
Apparel and gear can be returned up to 30 days from the date of purchase for in-store credit, a refund, or a replacement. If there is physical damage to the package or you feel it is unsafe to consume, bags of coffee can be returned for equal exchange of the same blend (or a similar blend of equal or lesser value). Coffee, at this time, cannot be returned for credit or refund. If you require further assistance, please email support@irongoatcoffee.com.
If you did not receive your order, please reach out to us at support@irongoatcoffee.com. Please provide us with your order number, and we’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
